The Earth’s orbit isn’t in a fixed position either according to The Science, it’s constantly shifting in “imperceptible” ways due to the Sun allegedly losing mass: https://www.livescience.com/is-earth-moving-closer-farther-sun
You basically just have to toss the fixed and immovable verses in the trash if you hold to the scientific consensus on cosmology.
